Officer J. Hykel #463
The Garrett Police Department is pleased to announce Police Officer
Jon Hykel, #463 as its newest member. Jon was born in West, Texas
and his family moved to Ennis when Jon was two years old. Jon has
six years of experience in law enforcement including five years with
the Ennis Police Department as both a reserve officer and a full-time
officer. He is also a trained Emergency Medical Technician. Jon
enjoys spending time with his wife and children, San Sai Ryu
Martial Arts, FCC licensed Ham Radio Operator, photography and
outdoor activities. We are very pleased to have an officer of Jon's
caliber with the Department.
